He Lacked knowledge of the neighborhood, and when we tried to make an offer he was not familiar with the forms, disclosures, and legal documents required to close on a home which was odd. I would of thought in this market that he would be an expert on the local market concerns like schools, Zoning, and the cost of utilities. Did not seem to have any energy and was late for the meeting.
